Annual Reports
Residents should be aware that the Town of Manlius has some of the more experienced and respected professional staff. During February we heard annual reports from the Recreation and Planning departments.
Project Coordinator
Please welcome Rebecca Broome who has joined the Town part-time. She will help organize Earth Fest and other events for Sustainable Manlius and the Town Board.
RM and RT Zones
The Board continues to deliberate ideas to refine the Residential Mixed Use and Residential Transitional zones. This has come up as a result of the project at Seven Pines and plans for a cannabis store.
Board Appointments
Arni Poltenson, Don Western and David Shomar will serve on the Planning Board. Eric Christensen will join the Zoning Board of Appeals and Linda Archimore will serve on the Board of Assessment Review.
Upcoming Work Sessions
There will be a work session on a proposed Accessory Dwelling Unit law on March 27th.
On April 10th there will be a work session to modernize the entire Town of Manlius code.
