The Manlius GOP has passed a petition to force the Town to hold a special election to completely change the structure of our government using a little known New York Town Law. No study done. No information provided. It wasn’t even required to certify the petition. If this passes in September, the Town of Manlius would be divided into 6 districts by the Board of Elections.
