2023 Budget

Cannabis Work Session

Residential Mixed-Use Zone Change
Several neighbors who live on Whetstone Road shared their concerns about a proposed zone change for the Seven Pines office park. The Board decided not to act at this time. A proposal for RM zone on Enders Road was referred to the Planning Board.

Special Districts

  • Contracts for Fayetteville, Manlius and Minoa Fire Protection and EMS Districts were approved, and the Fremont Fire District budget was presented.
  • The Board approved drainage work in the Clark Hill neighborhood.
  • There was discussion regarding proposed changes to the Muirfield drainage area. The initial proposal was not approved. A revised, scaled back version, was approved at a later meeting.

Comprehensive Planning
Open Houses were scheduled at the Manlius Library October 8th , Fayetteville Library October 17th and Minoa Library October 20th and 21st . The next Steering Committee meeting will be November 30th .
